Your First Lesson
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a drink. No uniform or equipment is required.
Our instructors will introduce you to the class, guide you through the session and make sure you train at a suitable pace.
You’ll get the chance to experience Taekwondo before deciding whether you’d like to continue.
